Free shipping in New Zealand
Spend $150 or under and your order will cost you $20 for delivery.
Spend over $151 and it will be delivered free of charge
Rest of the world
Flat rate express shipping with tracking on your order will cost you $40 for delivery.
When we receive your order we'll send you a confirmation email of your purchase.
This will contain an invoice number of the item and its cost.
We will also email you your tracking number and all details once the item has been dispatched.
New Zealand orders will be shipped by CourierPost, Castle Parcel, NZ Couriers, Post Haste or NZPost. Some will be shipped overnight but please allow 2-4 working days.
International orders will be shipped by either DHL or NZPost. Please allow 3-14 working days for delivery.
International orders please note, that once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and incur charges. Also note that MADE Store is not liable for any of the charges incurred.
Please note the following conditions apply:
- Please choose carefully as we do not have to exchange or refund if you have just changed your mind.
- If the item is faulty we will repair, replace or refund if necessary (including shipping) as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- If you need to swap sizes or colours please email us first.
- You need to notify firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of purchase in NZ or 14 days if International.
- Items need to be sent via a track-and-trace method. MADE Store will take no responsibility for items lost in the returning process.
- The customer has to cover the shipping cost on returning or exchanging items.
- All items must be in the original condition, un-used, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags/packaging in place. You also need to provide us with your receipt.
- Please note: No credits, refunds or exchanges will be made on sale items unless faulty.
Steps when Returning or Exchanging an Item
- Email email@example.com to notify us that you are returning an item. Please provide us with your order number as a reference.
- Send the item to us via a track-and-trace courier at your own cost and to the following address:
- After MADE Store accepts the item, you will be informed of the next step via email.
